Weekdays 9am-6:30pm and weekends 9am-2:30pm

How can i identify who is your company's employees,and who is not reliable ones?
This is a great question, all of our company's employees are using the "abc@FameMarket.Com" domain emails. Any other emails to contact with you are not reliable ones, you must be careful of it.

Why just list only one contact email on your website?
The contact email on our website ones is our manager's(administrator) email. When customers have registered a member or placed an order yet,the informations are all can be notice to our manager(administrator) on our website.Then our manager(administrator) will assign the work to different ecommerce customer service representatives.
General,one customer will assign a specifically ecommerce service representative,and if customer have any problem,you will can contact with our manager.

How do I place an order?
If you are FameMarket's member,you can login and select the products, then press the "Add to cart". The website order system will guide you to the Shopping Cart page automatically.
If you are not a FameMarket's member, we suggest you register as a FameMarket member first.If you really don't want register, you can directly place the order with "NON-Registration Direct Buy"; First select the products and press the "Add to cart",the website order system will guide you to the Shopping Cart page automatically, then check out the order; When you have checked out your order,the website will ask for login first, and also you will can see the "NON-Registration Direct Buy" especial suggestive press-button in the right of login page. Yes, press it, then you will can direct order the products via NON-Registration way.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you are in the process of checking out, and decide you prefer to cancel or modify the order, abandon the checkout process by clicking on the FameMarket logo. This will return you back to the homepage. At that point, you can either return to your shopping cart, remove the items that you no longer wish to purchase or you can leave them in your shopping cart. Your items will remain in your shopping cart until your session ends.
Once an order has been placed, we are able to cancel or modify your order.
